Team building
Flyingcolours Team Building provides a unique opportunity for businesses to offer fun and interactive workshops for colleagues to bond in a relaxed, positive atmosphere.
Clients are given all materials and step-by-step instructions by artist Jennifer Nicol to enable them to create a watercolour painting that is worthy of hanging in the home and office.
In collaboration with caterer Anne Nicol, we provide wine, delicious food and create an environment where co-workers can socialize, unwind and connect. The energy is high, infectious and staff leave our workshops happy and proud of their paintings and what they’ve accomplished. They will see their co-workers through different eyes.
Each workshop takes 3 hours from start to finish and can range from 10 to 100 participants. Prior to the event, I arrange a meeting to plan the agenda, set teams and discuss the workshop location.
Flyingcolours philosophy is to create and connect with people with a genuine compassion for seeing everyone succeed.
